Caltron completed multiple technical rooms for a large national and international automotive software company. Client identity and actual facility photographs remain confidential.
Use: Mission-critical server and technical rooms
Primary risks: Power continuity, heat loads, backup batteries and fire protection
Coordination: Electrical, cooling, fire suppression and secure-room construction
The challenge
High-density technical equipment produces substantial heat and depends on reliable electrical capacity. Battery-backup systems add specialized life-safety and fire-protection considerations. Each system had to be sized and connected correctly, with no single discipline treated in isolation.
The approach
Caltron coordinated the construction work across power distribution, cooling, battery backup and the required fire-suppression strategy. The rooms were delivered as integrated technical environments rather than ordinary interior build-outs.
What the experience demonstrates
Mission-critical construction succeeds when the contractor understands the consequence of missed coordination. Caltron’s role was to keep the trades, systems and operational requirements aligned through completion.
